# The BOLD DAO

The BOLD DAO is going to be the co-operative which is going to lead the BOLD MOVES. A mother DAO with a goal to plan & execute BOLD Moves, with the community at the helm of governance & actively executing the moves. The stake holders actively engage to stand for the what they believe in order to create a movement for democratising under the themes of media & commerce. The proceeds from the NFT Sales would be in the DAO treasury to be used for the building and promotion of the BOLD Stores and supporting artists and creators. The governance of the NFT Evolution and Attributes marketplace would also be under the jurisdiction of the BOLD DAO Community.

The Character's name is Neut; in fact they're 'the hero'es.

Even though they are born from the same genome pool they pick up these unique traits from their experience and principles. So they hold a stand and doesn't give AF about what others think.&#x20;

# A Bold Marketplace

After the sale of the [Phuckyall](https://www.phuckyall.com) NFT Collection of 7777 Neuts, either we sell off all the NFT's, or else the rest of them we airdrop to influencers or we burn them. After which a crucial  step in the road map unfolds.

**Neut Evolutions marketplace:**

The evolutions market place is where the Neut HOLDers get access to evolve their NFT to a new neut, depending on what the community releases each month. Each month, depending on the popular demand and governance voting from the community we decide to launch new ConceptWa ideas and create new art pieces. The holder would have the ability to bid/win the neut depending on the drop mechanism. Once they win it, the holder would have to submit their old newt to burn to mint the new neut. This way the total no of neuts remain the same and new concepts are released in to the collections, so the real world and metaverse merch store always would have new collections depending on the trending ideas at that point in time. Also, there would be no value lost for the holders because of the burning mechanism. The collection will always and forever hold 7777 NFT's.

**Neut Accessories Marketplace:**

This is an idea we are  exploring with the EIP 918 Protocol to build an accessories and swap exchange for [PhuckYall](https://www.phuckyall.com) NFT holders to create and swap accessories in a marketplace. There by exchange of certain traits and accessories happens on chain thereby evolution & experimentation of the art takes place.

Eventually, We will use the Treasury money to support more artists to build more art and assets and promotion of the Store through various BOLD MOVEs which acts as a flywheel to bring in more people to platform for the cause and creation.&#x20;


# The MetaManifesto

**A Metaverse StoreFront:**

The next step would be to buy a land in Metaverse either through Decentraland or Sandbox or both, initially rent it out until we build a storefront and the assets for it.

Similar to [Freedom Park](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speakers%27_Corner) in London, where we could talk anything in public without getting arrested - even talk trash about the queen if you would like, we  are building a gamified Freedom Square where the NFT Holders could just come in and just write anything - which would then show up our landing page for a specified set of time. We are sure, it would be full of curse words, but hey who are we to censor :wink:\
Later once the land purchase and billboard is setup, we would extent this capability to the metaverse.<br>

# The BOLD Challenge

We are crowdsourcing ideas for the [#BoldMoves](/bold-media).

**Bold** Moves could be anything *<mark style="color:red;">culturally significant</mark>* and <mark style="color:red;">economically feasible</mark>. The idea has to be bold and newsworthy enough to get more **Bold** People to join the cause and use the power and voice of the community to pull off something <mark style="background-color:green;">really significant</mark>.

# BOLD X Finance

**BOLD Gamified Finance (GAME-Fi) :**&#x20;

The idea is to make investing and saving simpler and accessible to everyone. This vertical would make the process of investing simpler. The first step toward this ambitious goal, is to build an app to help people save and invest in alternative assets and circumventing the Trad Fi. Investing chump changes to build a habit of investing. <br>

The whole goal of this vertical is to make investing and saving easier to understand and accessible  for everyone. We are creating a gamified saving app - SIPTO, which would help you make savings and investing simpler, by creating a habit for the user through gamifying the whole process.&#x20;

**Gamified Savings**&#x20;

One such activity within the  app would be helping the user autosave chump changes of his nearest spends in to a basket of Bluechip Crypto. Building trust into investing with various alternative investments and giving the user exposure to these alternative assets without significant risk allocation & utilising dollar cost averaging for their bold investments.

**Gamified Financing**

This concept is inspired from the south Indian household's access to capital - Chit funds.

We are creating a peer to peer lending corpus mechanism, in which a group of people - ideally 20 people each fund corpus, comes together and pays a monthly payment - depending on the corpus size, let's say for eg : For a corpus $100,000 assuming the fund would have a tenure of 10 months. Each person would pay $5,000 on a monthly basis. And the bid for the corpus would happen on a monthly basis. Depending on the gamified bidding mechanism - who ever bids the highest interest rate would win the access to the capital for that month. The interest rate would be capped depending on the demand and bid rates from the 20 members of the fund. The beneficiaries of the higher interest would also be the fund members. By doing this, we are distributing Net Interest Income from the corpus across the corpus members.  In order to remove the default risk, we will have the bid winner looking to release the capital, back the loan with a collateral - either with a Blue Chip Crypto at descent leverage or [JPEG'd](https://jpegd.io/) . Each corpus would be managed by a smart contract.&#x20;
